Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using ZapItDone, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person or legal entity per account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with service operation
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others

Subscription and Billing

Plans and Pricing

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Payment

• Payment is processed through LemonSqueezy
• You authorize automatic recurring charges
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

Refunds

Refunds are provided at our discretion within 14 days of purchase. Contact support for refund requests.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

Our Content

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZapItDone and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload
• You grant us a license to store and display your content
• You are responsible for your content
• You must have rights to all content you upload

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZapItDone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
